History
Neelon Properties LLC is a privately held third generation Real Estate firm located in Boston, MA. We are one of the original commercial developers along the Routes 128/95 Boston sub-market, constructing Bear Hill Industrial Park, located in Waltham, MA, in the late 1950s. This long involvement with the commercial real estate marketplace has made us one of the most established firms in New England. We have owned and redeveloped office, life science and industrial buildings, and have managed properties for our own account and select third parties since our inception. In 2006 we modified the platform of our company to focus on the creation of joint ventures and partnerships with other investment entities.

What we do
We are in the business of identifying, creating, and realizing property value enhancement for ourselves and our partnerships with institutional and individual investors. We seek risk-adjusted returns as a private, opportunistic, and value-added buyer of real estate. We draw upon our “hands on” management style, seasoned judgment and long ownership experience to navigate through the boom and bust cycles that are inherent in real estate. Neelon Properties excels at adding value to assets that are under leased, in need of renovation or simply need to be repositioned. In addition, we have/will perform select “ground up” development. Our decades of market knowledge help us make the right decisions on acquisitions, and have produced superior risk-adjusted returns and capital appreciation on the investments we make.
