- Investments up to $50MM
- Supply constrained markets
- Acquire assets at a discount to typical market conditions
- Revenue growth potential in recovering or accelerating markets
- Office class B or better and select industrial (R&D, Flex or warehouse)
- Investments that allow us the ability to actively control an asset

We seek to increase the value of our investments by solid property/asset management, leveraging our market knowledge and placement of appropriate levels of debt.
On a project by project basis we have the ability to perform property acquisition, joint ventures, entitlements, assemble a tested project team (architects, engineers, attorneys, consultants and contractors) and identify appropriate financing sources. Neelon’s centralized structure allows for the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
